*CANCELLATION POLICY:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24HRS) before the beginning of your appointment, or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $45.00.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! We are enforcing our 24 hour cancellation policy with NO EXCEPTIONS! We requiring a credit card to reserve your appointment. This credit card is secured through Wix and can only be accessed through Wix if you violate the cancellation policy and when leaving your deposit when scheduling. We will accept payment in the form of cash $85 ($5 off cash discount) or any major credit card ($90) at the end of your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. 24 hour cancellation policy: Your appointment time is booked just for you! As a professional courtesy to other clients and staff, we request a 24 hour notice if you must change or reschedule your appointment. A $45 LATE cancellation fee or a FULL FEE of $90 for a NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged.
Refund/cancellations, shipping, terms and conditions:
Refund/cancellation policy - Due to the nature of our product, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or/once received. Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order.
Missing, Incorrect or Broken Item - If you receive either (a) broken item/tea with broken seal (b) incorrect item or (c) missing item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at colonicsbykea@gmail.com to so that we may resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below:

Provide an image of the incorrect/broken item (if missing an item, provide an image of all the items you received)

Provide a clear image of the pink packing slip

Attach both images to the email

Place your order number in the subject line.

If missing an item, please let us know which item you are missing in the body.

Allow up to 42-72 hours for an email reply (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS)
Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses- If a package is shipped correctly by Goddess Collection and it is lost or stolen, the shipper is not responsible. Whatever address you PROVIDE us, that is the address we use.
Fulfilment/shipping policy - Supplements can be shipped by contacting office and placing order over the phone.
Please allow up to two to three days for your tracking number to be updated by either USPS, FedEx or DHL.
Upon leaving our warehouse, the package is in the care of the mail service. It is not our responsibility.
FedEx or DHL may fail to deliver your package if your address is incomplete or an apartment number is missing. In this case, we are not responsible for the failure, so please double-check your address.
